  • Spice level: High 
  • Blend glaze with equal parts water and honey/red pepper jelly to make a hot dipping sauce or finishing sauce on top of dishes 
  • Great on chicken, pork, seafood, corn on the cob, cauliflower, and more 
  • Double or triple the recipe easily to make a big batch of sauce to use conveniently. Just store unused sauces in the fridge for up to 10 days. 
  • If using as a dry rub, let the meat or veggies marinate in the seasoning for a few hours before cooking. This will make the meat or veggies more flavourful. 
  • If you prefer your sauce to be hotter, reduce the amount of honey or red pepper jelly you add to the sauce, or increase the amount of sauce mix dry blend you use in the sauce mix. 
  • If you prefer a sweeter sauce, increase the amount of honey or red pepper jelly ratio in making the sauce.
