A stir once, creamy risotto that's easy to make in the microwave. Epicure Tuscan Herb Risotto mix swaps out traditional Arborio rice for whole grain, tricolour quinoa, packing in extra fibre to keep you fuller for longer.
 
Prep tips: 
Just add hot water, a nugget of butter and frozen peas, broccoli florets or chopped asparagus at the end

Can be prepared ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate in your Steamer. Reheat in the microwave before enjoying.
